Parameters

`groupuuid` UUID	yes	Group UUID, or the exact name of a group the bot is in. Also accepted as: `group,` `groupId,` `groupName`
`message` string	yes	Message text.

Good to know

Fails for a few seconds after login while the bot joins its group chats ("Bot is still joining group chat sessions"). Retry shortly.
