Parameters

Name	Required	Description
`name` string	yes	Notecard name.
`text` string	yes	Notecard text.
`description` string	no	Item description.
`folder` UUID	no	Folder to create it in. Default: Notecards. Also accepted as: `folderUuid`
`copy` flag	no	Next owner may copy (1 or 0). Default: `1`
`modify` flag	no	Next owner may modify. Default: `1`
`transfer` flag	no	Next owner may transfer. Default: `1`

Good to know

copy=0 together with transfer=0 is not allowed.
