List the bot's webhooks, or look one up

Parameters

idstring | no | Webhook id to look up. |
urlstring | no | Webhook URL to look up (used when id is not given). |
Returns

callbacks | array | Without id/url: every webhook, {id, url, events}. |
lastSuccessAt | date | With id/url: when the last delivery succeeded. The id, url and events fields are returned too. |

Good to know
- The list form answers with success:true and no result field (result is added as OK by the API).
