group_powers
Lists what the bot is allowed to do in one group (Invite, Eject, SendNotices…), or in every group it is in when no group is given. Answers in one quick round trip — use it instead of listgroups_extended when you only need powers.

Good to know
- Fails "Bot is not in this group" when the bot is not a member.
- These are the bot's combined powers from all its roles in the group. Changes made in Second Life show up on the next call.
