Parameters

channelinteger | no | 0 is public local chat; any other number is a script channel. Default: 0 |
typestring | no | normal, whisper or shout. Default: normal |
nosafehubflag | no | Send 1 to refuse the command while the bot is in a Safe Hub region. |

Good to know
- A channel that is not a number is not rejected — the message goes to public chat (channel 0).
