Add Member to Role

PUT/groups/{group_id}/member/{member_id}/role

Give a member a role. The bot needs the Assign Members power.

Groups the user registered on LifeBots — on their own bot or a SharedBot — acted on through the bot that runs each group. Commands fail with GROUP_NOT_ACTIVE unless the group's status is running. For any group the user's own bot is in, registered or not, use Bots — Group Moderation.

Usage

curl -X PUT "https://api.lifebots.cloud/api/v1/groups/$GROUP_ID/member/$MEMBER_ID/role" \
  -H "Authorization: Bearer $ACCESS_TOKEN" \
  -H "Content-Type: application/json" \
  -d '{
    "roleuuid": "c3e5a1f9-8b72-4d06-9e4a-1f2b3c4d5e6f"
  }'
