LifeBots Terms of Service

By accessing or using LifeBots services, websites, AI systems, in-world devices, APIs, or related utilities (collectively referred to as the “Services”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read them carefully before using our Services.

1. Using LifeBots Services

LifeBots Services are designed for automation, communication, and AI-assisted operations across supported virtual environments.
You must not misuse the Services — including any attempt to disrupt functionality, breach security, violate Second Life® Terms, or infringe any law.
Any violation (intentional or unintentional) may result in account suspension or permanent termination without refund.
Failure to enforce any part of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of our rights.

2. AI Usage and Responsibility

LifeBots provides integrations and access to AI-powered tools and APIs. You are solely responsible for configuring, training, and managing AI features.
LifeBots is not liable for any loss, damage, or misuse arising from AI-generated actions, responses, or integrations.
All AI data and messages processed through addons or chat features are encrypted per account and viewable only by the respective account owner.
If your AI usage violates the AI model provider’s terms (such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or other platforms), your AI or bot access may be suspended or revoked.
The AI provider may also independently disable your access based on their own Terms of Service.
You agree to comply with all applicable AI provider policies, privacy laws, and content guidelines.

3. Privacy and Data Handling

We collect only the data necessary to operate and maintain our Services. This includes account credentials, contact information, and usage statistics.
Data is encrypted, stored securely, and accessible only to the account owner.
We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties.

4. Intellectual Property

All LifeBots content, branding, code, and design elements remain our intellectual property.
You may not copy, distribute, reverse-engineer, or modify any LifeBots assets without written permission.
Use of our trademarks or logos requires explicit authorization.

5. Pricing and Subscriptions

Pricing is listed on https://lifebots.cloud and may change at any time.
Existing subscriptions will remain valid until their expiration date.
Refunds are provided only for unused prepaid balances that have not been applied to active or trial services.
LifeBots may provide a virtual credit system called LB$, used exclusively for purchasing AI model time, bot services, or other in-platform features.
LB$ has no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for legal tender, cryptocurrency, or refunds, and is non-transferable between accounts.
All LB$ purchases are final and non-refundable, regardless of account status, service usage, or termination.

6. Service Modifications and Termination

LifeBots may modify, improve, suspend, or discontinue any Service feature at any time.
You may stop using our Services at any time. Refunds will only be processed for unused balances when technically possible.
We reserve the right to terminate Services or accounts violating these Terms or applicable laws.

7. Warranties and Disclaimers

LifeBots Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.
We make no guarantees regarding uptime, data accuracy, or AI performance.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, all implied warranties are disclaimed.

8. Limitation of Liability

LifeBots is not responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from Service use.
You agree to indemnify and hold LifeBots, its owners, and affiliates harmless from claims, losses, or damages arising from your misuse or violation of these Terms.

9. Analytics and Tracking

We use Google Analytics to monitor traffic patterns and improve performance.
Analytics data is anonymized and non-identifiable.
You may opt out using Google’s Opt-Out Add-on .

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes in our Services or legal requirements.
Updated versions will be published at https://lifebots.cloud.
Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Disputes shall be resolved through mutual discussion or, if necessary, within the jurisdiction of Gujarat, India.
