The Manage Bot Page: What Every Tool Does
The Manage Bot page is where you configure and control a single bot. It gathers every tool for that bot into one screen, so this article explains what each one is for and when you would reach for it.
Opening the Page
- Visit your LifeBots Dashboard at https://lifebots.cloud/dashboard
- Click My Bots in the left panel
- Choose the bot you want to work on
The Tools

[IMPORTANT:] Three tools are greyed out while the bot is offline: Hover Height, Inventory Manager and HUD Viewer. All three read live data from Second Life, so there is nothing for them to talk to until the bot is logged in. If a tile will not open, check the bot’s status first.

Permissions
What you can see and do here depends on your access to the bot. If you are a sub account without the right permissions you will see Permission Required, along with a summary of What you can do and a note to “Contact the account owner to request permissions”.
If you own the bot on another account, the page suggests you “Switch to your own account if you have bot access”.
[NOTE:] Sub account permissions are set per bot and per area, so someone can be given the Inventory Manager without also getting the login details or billing.
Troubleshooting
| Problem | What to Check |
|---|---|
| Hover Height, Inventory Manager or HUD Viewer is greyed out | The bot is offline. Bring it online and reload the page. |
| Permission Required | Your account does not have rights to this area of this bot. Ask the owner. |
| An error is shown at the top of the page | That is the bot reporting a problem, most often a failed login. Check the login details and the bot password. |
| Tools appear but do nothing | The page may still be loading the bot’s details. Wait for it to finish, then retry. |
