How to Setup AI Addon with Your Bot

LifeBots bots (Lite & Full types) include the AI Addon, which allows you to enable AI features with multiple models and functions. Follow this guide to set it up.

1. Enable AI Addon

1. Go to the Dashboard.
2. Click your bot.
3. On the Manage Bot page, click AI Setup.
4. Click Enable AI.

🔹 Once enabled, you’ll need LB Tokens (credits) to use AI.

2. Purchase LB Tokens

1. In the AI Setup side menu, click LB Tokens & Usage.
2. Click Purchase Tokens.
3. Choose a package and pay with your LifeBots Wallet Balance.

3. Configure Basic AI Settings

Once AI is enabled:

1. In the AI Setup side menu, click Basic Configuration.

Here you can set:

• AI Model – e.g. GPT models can also use bot functions (move, sit, stand, touch).
• Response Length Style – Short, Medium, Long, or Let AI Decide.
• Memory – how many past messages the bot remembers.
• AI Functions – toggle to let GPT models use bot functions.
• Bot-to-Bot Communication – allow 2 bots to talk, set max conversation length.

4. Access Restrictions (Optional)

• Sim Restrictions – restrict AI to certain regions.
• Ignore Users – list users the AI should not respond to.

5. Configure Chat Channels

1. In the AI Setup side menu, click Chat Channels.

For each channel (IM or Local Chat), you can set:

• Role Name – typically the bot’s name.
• Trigger Words (optional) – bot only responds when these words are present.
• Personality & Behaviour – define how the bot should act.
• Knowledge – add information the bot should use.

6. Save & Start AI

1. Click Save Settings (top right).
2. Start the AI.
3. If the AI doesn’t enable, restart the bot.

✅ Done! Your bot is now powered with AI and ready to interact.
